Knee Surgery
Well, It has been 6 weeks today that I had my knee repaired. I have one more week of therapy and they will turn me loose. Waaa Hooo. I woke up while I was in surgery and they were hammering the new knee in to place. I didn"t feel anything because they did a epidural. I told Dr Di that When I get hot and I kick the covers off my legs, I cool off. I couldn't kick nothing. So they turned a fan on me and we talked till they finished and took me to Recovery Room. I was up walking the next day. I used the walker not quite a week and a cane about 2 weeks. I'm truckin pretty good. The secret is do those exercises more than they say. I hope I don't have to have the other knee done. But my knee sure feels better.
